Open to Members of the North Edgebrook Civic Association only. Members who would like to participate should sign up NO LATER than Tuesday, June 10. The association will: cover the cost for participant permits, promote the sale, post signage in the neighborhood, identify participating homes with balloons, and post a neighborhood map with participating home locations the day-of on the website and FB page.
